I'd give it a zero rating if I could! Bought it somewhere other than amazon in may '09. Worked ok...but not for long! The oven needed fixed, luckily it was under warranty so we got it fixed. Still didn't cook a pizza too well, but ok. Then following year, thank God before warranty was up, right front burner broke. Ok, we got it fixed. Worked fine until last week. Cooking soup on left front burner, grilling cheese sandwiches on right front. Everything cooking normally then all of a sudden Crack! I look down and see a large crack under the pan cooking my grilled cheese. I turn off heat, remove pan and the entire burner is cracked, as well as the one behind the warming plate beside that, the crack even reaching as far as almost on the left rear burner! The place I bought it wants $250 just for the part, let alone labor. So I'm going somewhere else and buying the old version of the stove without smooth top burners, the entire thing at $329! That's only $80 more than just the top for the other!
